Directions
Boil mince with water, green chillies, garlic, chilly powder onion and whole spice, cook till dry. In chopper grind with coriander leaves till it is fine and add in all spices powder 1 tsp with mashed potatoes and egg. Mix very well. Make into flat thin cutlets then dip in beaten egg and fry.
