Tandoori Chops Recipe


How to Cook Tandoori Chops
Ingredients:
Chops – 1 kg
Yogurt – ½ cup 250g
Onion paste – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Raw Papaya paste – 1 tbsp (with skin)
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seed – 1 tsp (fried and ground)
Red Food colour – 1 pinch
Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
Ponder chops. Mix all spices and apply on chops and leave for 1 hour. Preheat oven on 180ºC, gas mark 4, 350º F. put wire rack on oven tray and put chops then bake for 40 minutes. Then give charcoal smoke and serve with raita.
